North, Central and South America in a B190

Camping Newssqueezebox writes "We just came back from a whirlwind year and a half adventure around North, Central and South America in our B190 Airstream. We drove a total of 44,000 miles and did not even have a flat tire the whole time. We love our van and would not have done the trip in any other van. It is the perfect camper. Check out our blogs and photos at www.thebrightsideoftheroad.com."

 Repairing the drawer slides

B190 Enthusiasts Site NewsDo your drawers slide open and closed while you are driving?  Mine did.  I've never had one fall out, but it is kind of annoying to hear them sliding around, and finding them open after a trip, and let's face it - the fact that they haven't fallen out yet doesn't mean they WON'T fall out.  The tabs that hold two of the drawers closed in my camper had broken off and were lost, so I used angle iron to replace them.  This was a quick, easy, and cheap fix!
