No, mine doesn't hit anything. Actually now that you mention it I'm not sure if it swings as wide as it otherwise would - there might be a stop on it somewhere that limits its travel. It goes past 90 degrees though.

Mine has one from the factory as well. My only comment is that you can tell a huge difference in how the door closes when the tire is on there. Over time that extra weight is going to wear on the hinges. On the other hand mine is 20 years old and still closes fine, so...

I'm trying to locate my 5-Amp generator fuel pump fuse. My unit looks like the generator in Alaskan's first fuse photo, except that the writing that says, "5 Amp fuse" isn't there--nor is the fuse or fuse holder. It does say, "AC Circuit Breaker", and has the same arrow. I defin...

Ah, one thing I forgot. If you are linking to your avatar on another site ("Link to off-site avatar" option in the Profile menu), it won't work on the new server due to security restrictions. Your best bet is simply to upload the avatar to this server.

I think the only thing that would worry me is that you want to be able to run the bathroom fan in the rain. Otherwise I can't see any problems - there should be enough room for it and all.

If you're seeing this, you're now on the new server! Basically now we just have to wait for the DNS to update, which can take up to 48 hours from when I made the change (about 10 minutes ago). Everything SHOULD work, but please poke around and let me know if you find anything amiss. If you had to lo...

Hi folks! The website has been copied to the new server but currently when you load b190.com, you're still looking at the old server. I'll be updating the DNS records in the next day or two to point to the new server. With a little luck, you'll never even know it happened. However, there is a possib...

Okay, so the one from the trailer is the correct size, but a different design. The trailer one is 1-3/8" across the bottom part and 1-5/8" across the top of the basket. The trailer one has a screw thing that you turn to stop the flow of water. The B190 does not have those threads - it look...

Mine is missing, too. But the new trailer has them. Let me try one from the trailer in the B190 and see if it works...stay tuned.

Nah, don't worry about it. This is basically a neutral move in terms of cost, and I hate to take donations for running the site because all three sites I run are combined into one account (In other words, I'd be paying the same for hosting whether or not B190.com existed; the only additional expense...

Hey, folks! Our website is doing well, with one tiny issue: we're almost out of disk space. :) This is primarily (but not entirely) due to the pictures we've all uploaded. Now, I'm not complaining! I'm glad everyone is using and enjoying the site! :) Please continue to upload those pictures. :) Howe...

Pre-'97 shower size

Someone asked me what the dimensions of the shower are, so I measured it and thought I'd post it here. I'm defining the "front" of the shower as the wall where the faucet and shower head are, as if you were standing/sitting in it taking a shower. All dimensions are interior dimensions. The...
