Re: Generator Electrical diagram?
I don't have a generator installed. So can't help you with those questions. I use shore power or solar/battery. Regarding shore power and the converter, In my '93 B190 the shore power line flows to the power distribution box. There is a breaker installed in the power distribution box that powers the...

Re: Power seat, no power.
On my '93, the seat power comes from the coach battery not the engine battery. If your B has been sitting for the winter, you might want to confirm that your coach battery has a full charge.

Chris,
Impressive job. I can appreciate how much work went into that rebuild. The results are very nice. WTG!

Re: Replacing Water Heater from 1989 Model
Marko, Thank you for posting the photo. That made it very easy to understand your mounting issue. I haven't looked around so I don't know if its possible to find a drop in replacement for your old water heater. But if you wind up keeping it, the following would be one way to deal with it. Do you sti...

Re: Replacing Water Heater from 1989 Model
Marko, It might be easier for us to help if you could post some photos of the old installation and point out the problem areas. Off the top of my head, it seems like you might try to use the old door since you know it covers the hole. As for the new water heater, it sounds like you have to form an a...

Re: Installing Pop-Out Windows.
Well darn it Chris! Now I have to go pop off my rear door panels and see if that switch was available (and hidden) in the '93 models! LOL
Seriously, great find. I like how you installed it and quite the handy addition!

Re: Solar
I've used a similar 3 watt solar battery maintainer for my tow car for many years. I hook it up if I'm not going to be using the tow car for a month or so. It uses clamps to the battery terminals and then I place the panel on the roof of the car. Works great to prevent a battery from self dischargin...

Re: Low voltage disconnect?
Sector9surf- You asked how far down you can drain the deep cycle battery and still have the ability to start the vehicle. I don't know the answer to your specific question. However, I do have a fair amount of experience with deep cycle batteries and charging guidelines. Be aware that the greater per...

Re: Leaks
Sheila, One easy thing that you can do is to clean the drain holes in the windows. Here is a Youtube video that shows where to find the drain holes that I am talking about. Its possible that your drains might have been stopped up and a rain that just happened to be blowing towards the door side of y...

Re: Upgrading Headlights & Adding Fog Lights
Chris,
Once you get a chance to drive your B190 during the night, please, give us a description of the illumination differences that you notice between the factory headlamps and the LED lamps that you installed. It would be interesting to hear about the pros and cons.
