I looked closely at the step on our '94. It would be possible to cut a door in it, but would require an angle bracket, (like the one you mentioned), on either side of the cutout, for support. You can buy a remote fill and bleed valve for relocating, for under 200 bucks, but I can't find a suitable p...

We have spent the night in Walmart and Kmart parking lots several times with no problem. In fact, it's often more peaceful than pulling into a park as an overnighter. If there are other RVs already in the parking lot, we park over by them. If no other RVers are there I will go into the store and ask...

Running Board Mod

I've noticed that the later model 190's had a hinged cutout for easier access to the propane tank. I was wondering if anyone has attempted adding a cutout in their older model 190's, and how it worked out? I'm a little worried about effecting the strength of the step.

Yes, I did install the flooring myself. It took about two days. The first day to remove the old carpet, (I just cut it out with a box cutter), prep the floor, and stain and varnish 3- 8 foot lengths of small corner round from Home Depot.
