The down-side of those air bags is they change the spring-rate so much that it severely affects the ride.....in most cases they are only installed to raise the back of the rig.
Better option if your goal is to raise your rig slightly...

I'd suggest one other thing... Locate commercial scales and have your rig weighed, particularly the rear.
