I bought the one shown in a previous pic. It was a fair bit larger than the existing hole but nothing a Skil saw couldn't handle!
Additionally, on my rig, the vent is right at a curved area. I did the best I could filling the spaces with rubber gasket material and then made the whole thing weather tight with a ton of Dior. It looks alright, I got a little sloppy with the Dior, but it won't leak.
