In addition to the text below describing the unit I upgraded the stereo system with six new speakers and a Pioneer receiver unit to include a back-up camera.
I also have the 2 inch rear suspension lift kit bought from Alaskan ready to install.
In addition I fully stocked the rig with all cooking and eating gear as well as bedding.
I live in Colorado and took some amazing trips this summer to Moab, Fruita and Crested Butte and the rig performed excellently.
I paid 18K back in March of this year and I would be looking to get 18K for it now.

Some condition details:
very good overall condition
all systems and appliances in good working order
headliner sags in places
carpet shows no wear but does have some minor staining
cab seating shows some wear, but no splits/tears
body striping shows some wear in places and doesn't quite match everywhere due to partial stripe replacement.
