$8500 OBO seems like a fairly good price. Only thing is it has a smaller engine. Not sure if this matters.

Wow its clean for the age. The 351 is a great power plant millions made I noticed its a E250 3/4 ton and the b190's are E350 one ton. That's not a big issue as long as you don't plan on towing much with it and probably a C6 transmission one of Fords best ever.

I have the 351 in my '92 and have had no issues with it. I agree the 250 chassis would be a concern if you're adding more weigh or towing. Toss a sway bar on. Looks clean. It'd be nice to have a little more history.
