Dual rear wheels ?

In the forums opinion what would be the advantages and disadvantages of running dual rear wheels on a 190? 
Crazy idea....
Can't be accomplished without butchering the body and adding something ugly to cover those outside tires.
Drop in fuel mileage, like it ain't bad enough already....
Reduction in value...
Looks like crap from the rear....
