Found this old post and thought I'd update. I installed a switch, in-line, on the wire that connects the two batteries. I mounted it on the dash in side. This way I can charge both batteries while driving and isolate the two batteies when I'm camped.

Mine has the switch on the dash, to the left of the Speedo, above the A/C vent. I went to the Ford house and they told me that switch is an obsolete part, they no longer stock it. I have a 1990 model. This weekend while driving in intermittent rain I turned the wipers off and they just kept going. They now only work on high and low but will not stop unless I turn the vehicle off. Any idea's?

Mine did the same thing. I just replaced the fuel pumps and so far, so good. My exhaust was replaced first but I still had the stalling. One time i stalled right in an intersection, blocking traffic and waving people around...funny now but not then!

Got a new one from the local Ford house, $38.00. Works like a charm.

Next is new fuel pumps, both tanks.

Had the same thing happen to my F350...twice. I put a temp gauge and larger transmission cooler on it 10k miles back, no problems. I flushed the tranny too. Seems common with that transmision. I also carry a gallon of ATF just in case! I plan on adding a cooler to my B190.
