1997 B190 used a hose to find leak on inside top of couch window. Water got in at seal of fiberglass cap to van body. There was what looked like "plumber's putty" all around this joint, left side, right side and rear. They just filled the rain gutter and up the fiberglass a little. I removed all ...

Finally got it done! CONTORTIONS for sure! But, yes, it can be done. A lift would help a lot.

I did get it out finally. Had to unscrew a few interior panels and slide back some heater ductwork. But (you were right) it can be done! I ordered some hose from Amazon that looks like the right stuff.

Thanks! Yep, exactly there :-) no cutoff sw tho. Ford dealer had put in a new batt for me but (once I located it) I found it was not deep cycle (as requested) so, back to the dealer...
