Hey kajun. Nice work! Did you mask off the top of the roof or did you paint the entire top - sides and all?

Re: Need New 97 Front Window AIRSTREAM Decal
I thought these guys had the raised letter window decal, but I don't see it now. If it wasn't here, I found it somewhere with a web search. This place does have a few hard to find decals for airstreams and our b vans specifically. Also, FYI there are direct or NOS glass front windows out there too. ...

Re: Seat belts for dinette and restraints for pets.
Hi Judith We have a 92 with the couch. Our couch had the "jackknife" hardware removed, and the couch base modified, so I'm not sure if it is typical of others. We have a trap door in the base that you can lift to access the void under the couch. The seatbelts are attached to the chassis in...

Re: On the road in W central Wi.
I believe I made this offer once before but can't find it, anyway I live 8 miles off of I94, in Wi, in between Eau Clair Wi and St Paul MN., small town of Downing Wi. I have a couple of acres, outside bar, outhouse , fire pit 30 amp plug, trout in the stream and generally some adult beverages in th...

After I trimmed the wheel wells on the driver and passenger side, I smoothed out the rough spots and hit it with a high heat rust blocker. Re: Installing Pop-Out Windows.
It probably wouldn't be that hard to install one. I'd have to do some digging with the multimeter and the wiring diagrams, but I'm pretty sure it's a relatively simple wiring job. But, instead of going that route, I want to put keyless entry and a remote starter on mine. Mostly for the keyless entr...

Kentuckian I was thinking the same thing. Sent from my SM-J727T1 using Tapatalk Well. I popped off the panel on my 92 and dug around - no dice. I'd love to find one on the side door too, but I haven't looked yet. Chris, did yours have one on the side door to beginn with? Sent from my Moto G Play us...

Re: Dinette Conversion
I'm doing this conversion this spring. We do widow coverings for a living and I do a lot of work in the Marine industry. I've got our rig on the schedule with and of our contacts that does upholstery and furniture on yachts. We're trying to design something that would both convert to a bed from a di...

Re: The roof. Paint
Those snaps around the driver side window - near the paint chips - are they for a bug screen or some other window coverings? :?: Window covers like this. Yup. Skater nailed it. The cover was in bad shape. I think this rig was pointed nose-to-the-sun. The windshield cover prolly helped a lot. But it...

Re: Leak! Water draining out above side door.
I just had this happen to me! Hadn't driven Air2D2 in about a month - a very rainy month. I was looking for an excuse to drive the rig and I decided to take my parents to the airport in it. It's also the only vehicle I could fit all of us with all the luggage. Took off up our steep driveway and... s...
