Re: New Fuel Pump Replacement part Number?
Thanks for the advice and suggestions. Skater, Yes It is the original generator. After I removed the fuel pump I hammered on the side of it because this can often un-freeze it and gets them pumping again. It worked but I'm still replacing the pump with a new one. usachris, I did a lot of digging and...

Re: Upgrading Front Seats?
Oldbagpipe,
Were your new replacement seats (or at lest the driver's seat) originally motorized?
If so, were the new seats plug & play for that?
Thanks

Upgrading Front Seats?
Has anyone here upgraded their front seats? Or has someone considered doing so and has done some research? I'm not talking covers but complete higher-end swiveling seats? When we sit on the seats they feel comfortable but long trips result in some back and neck pain. I know they would be expensive b...

Re: Actual value for insurance
"Progressive Insurance did not want the itemized list of improvements before writing the policy. I just have all the documentation in case I have a real claim. I did exactly what Skater was talking about and got an agreed value quote and policy". You might in fact have an "agreed val...

Re: Actual value for insurance
I just got off the phone with a Broker in Southern California through RV America and I learned something very important. If you purchase a really nice B190 and/or put lots of money into it, you are most likely under-insured if you do not have an "Agreed to Policy". And I'll bet 99% of poli...

Actual value for insurance
I'm about to insure my 1995 and I'm wondering how to get the insurance companies to recognize the true value of a nice B190, or for them to come up with an "agreed value"? I have an extremely clean and low mileage B190 which I'm about to add another $10k in upgrades. But when I'm getting q...

How much do these really weigh?
I'm having some custom suspension being designed and built for my B190. The shop wants to know how much these B190s weigh fully loaded? I have a 1995 with the 460. I looked at the spec sheets for the 1995 which tells be 9400 lb. GVWR E-350 Cargo but this is a vehicle weight rating not the actual ove...

Re: Before I add SOLAR...
okaynagan, Thanks for the info. I'm either going to install 200 or 300 watts of PV on the roof. In doing so, it looks as though I can use the existing #10 gage wires Airstream installed from the roof down to the controller under the couch according to the wire size chart you posted. Did you consider...

Before I add SOLAR...
I have a working generator on my very stock & original 1995 B190, but I'm also going to add solar. Before I do, I'm trying to read as much as possible. I've read some great ideas and advice in this forum. Some of the posts regarding solar & batteries are fairly old, so since technology is co...
