Alaskan.... It is the mount where the doors come together. The sheep metal is tearing away, but I am assuming it is bolted inside the sheet metal to the actual door. I haven't had it looked at yet, but it is a concern. Looking for a replacement door is a great idea if it comes to that. Thanks for al...

About the Camper Battery
I have had the same problem with my camper battery charging and noticed the same thing with the Seats. Anyway, I had my batteries tested (1993 B190) and during the testing, the mechanic said that the cabin battery wasn't getting a charge. He followed all the wires and said the wire that should be co...

Squeeky Belt
My Serpentine belt squeeks when I start my engine. It doesn't last long, but it is getting worse. Is this just a belt that needs to be tightened, (and can I do this myself) or is it a sign it needs to be replaced. Upon looking at the belt, it looks in good condition, and no dry-rot, but I'm not a pr...

Out Side Camper Lights
Does anyone know where the fuse is for the outside camping lights. These are the lights that are turned on just inside the double doors, and the lights themselves are on the right and left rear of the camper...for a 1993 B190.

Tire on the back door
In the previous post, a mention was made about a bike rack and how the tire on the back door is in the way. I have read that in later B190's that the tire was removed from the door and stored underneath the vehicle. Is this true? I wonder could the tire be removed and made to store like the later ve...

Bike Rack
I have been wondering the same thing about the bike rack! ... I have run into the same problems that you have. The only thing I can think of is to get one of the Cargo Extenders that you can put storage, or a motor scooter on. You wouldn't be able to store much under the tire...but plenty of room on...

Lights Lights Lights
..........as you said, the switch on the cabinet next to the upper bunk gave power to the lights in the bunk, however they didn't affect the outside lights. The outside lights; street side and curb side are controlled by a switch at the bottom of the cabinet ... where the side double doors are. If y...

I'll check my bunk lights tomorrow. I am almost sure they will be working...... however, on my 1993 there is a light on both sides of the van, and they both went out......
I'll let you know what I find.

My toliet ran over in the night!
I went camping for the first time this weekend. My sewer hose was too short to reach the connection, so I just hooked to the water and used my holding tanks. When I got up...my camper was litterally soaked...every space on the floor and in the cabinets. I figured out pretty quickly that the toliet h...
