Re: Spring 2021 Mid-Atlantic get-together

We are from eastern PA. Now live in NC with our 190b. We may be interested in the campout depending on the COVID situation. We have many family members in PA. April seems a bit early for Delaware Water Gap...due to the temps in that elevation that time of year. We lived in the Pocono Mountains for 7...

Re: roof cargo

I am posting my own reply to this subject, 7 years ago. We sold our heavy canoe, bought an inflatable one, added a cargo rack to the back of the van, and a metal storage box with a lock. A few years later we carried our tall extension ladder while traveling for 4 hours to help our son with some work...

Re: Beware of Scammers

Update on SCAMS. We recently listed our RV generator for sale on craigslist.org. Did not realize it was a scam at first. It was a over payment scam. We received a check by USPS for $2,000, our ad was for $1,200. We were to deposit it into our bank, wait for it to clear, then go to Walmart & send...

You can contact your insurance company about your windshield. An auto glass company will come to you, on site and it will be replaced for free. There is no deductible on a windshield. Do you have any other photos of your motor home?

Re: New B190 owner in Arizona

Water Heater help: We had our 1993 b190 for 8 years until a few weeks ago. Try this process: 1. Remove the gas line that goes into the hot water heater tube. 2 . Clean the spark ignitor with a wire brush, It may have rusted and would not have a good ground. 3. After cleaning, reinstall the gas line....

Re: Door Latch Cable problems

We have had problems with our side and back doors. At one point we could not use the side door to get out of the camper. It had to be opened from the outside. My husband used JB Weld epoxy on the cable close to the latch. There is a bracket there. The problem is that you will have to get the back do...

Re: A sad goodbye

I have been asked over & over for the date codes and brand on the tires from our RV when we had this accident. Today while cleaning the remainder of the items from our RV, I came across the Owners Guide that came with our camper when we bought it in on 9-28-2007. I documented the a maintenance w...

Re: **UPDATED Adding an outdoor shower box to a 94

Wow...what a job! It looks more complicated than the plumbing we did in a 100yr old house we restored. It has been some time since you posted these pics. Is it all finished, and are you happy with it? Before you started I would have asked you a few questions. Where are you planning to use your b190?...

Re: Engine Fire with B-190

I am glad you were able to get the smoke odor out of your camper things! I am sure you are right about air drying. I do prefer to hang our linens outside whenever I can. Fresh Air is such a nice smell! I am sensitive to chemical odors, so I cannot use any detergent with fragrance, or tolerate smoke ...

We did not take the table, & pedestal, so they are fine if any one is interested. Our year is 1993.

Re: A sad goodbye

Thank you to all of you who have posted!! I am printing out your message and will try to get my husband to give me more info. With some of the info I have read it does seem that the presence of the big trucks on both sides of me, the speed, the age of the tires (despite good tred on them), my not kn...
