Re: Looking to value a 1991 b190

If it winds up only being the floor that needs replacing and the engine/transmission and the ac/heater works and doesn't leak I'd say everything else looks like it's in pretty good shape. Still don't know about refrigerator, water heater, stove, water pump, toilet and whether or not there's a genera...

Re: Looking to value a 1991 b190

Need a bit more information to value. Do generator, fridge, water heater, AC/Heater unit work? How's the upholstery and curtains? Tires, shocks, any rear sway bar. Paint? Pics would be nice.

Wanted B190

Any Ford dealer or mechanic can take care of your engine and drivetrain for standard mechanics fees, about $100 an hour plus parts. Things like a new fridge or generator are going to be pricey but any rv dealer can help you. I get that you don't want to spend a bunch of money but I figure for most o...

Re: Wanted B190

The good thing is there are plenty of Fords around so repair parts aren't an issue. A twenty year old chassis will have about the same wear no matter the mileage. The engine and transmission wear will have a lot to do with how the vehicle was driven and maintained. It's a crapshoot and you'll probab...

Re: New owners Florida

Welcome Manny. We've got a '92 also and have been from California to Florida, Canada, and the Great Lakes on three major trips. Love traveling in it; so nice to have a unit big enough to be in for extended periods and small enough to be able to park in towns. Happy travels.

Re: Furniture replacement vs. re-upholstery

Your upholsterer should be able to construct a new frame. Hang on to that fold down piece, though, if you do remove it.
