Re: Opening and closing the awning

Thank you for the solution to leaving the doors open and not having the battery run down.

Re: Opening and closing the awning

When I take the camper in for a repair and I see them leaving the side door open for long periods of time I start to cringe. Thanks for the info about taking the bulb out. Perhaps, a screen room outside the camper not depending on leaving the door open at all of I planned on camping in an area for a...

Re: Opening and closing the awning

I am so torn on getting a replacement awning(my B190 had the clips except for one with no awning). It is nice to have some shade but, most of the annoying issues with RV life up till now has been associated with the awning on the previous rig. Have you seen a screened room that could be placed in fr...

Re: Generator Quits Running

Has anyone had to replace the rubber fuel line to the generator? How hard is that to do?

Re: bicycle rack

Having a receiver hitch on the front would allow for some peddle power/bike and allow for storage rack in the rear receiver hitch which I like to keep the sewer bag and separate box for the fresh water hoses. Perhaps enough room for two chairs on the storage rack would be helpful.I would like to kee...

Re: B190 database

How often do you see a B190 come out of the dark? Like a spy coming out of the field? Or has the number count(and recount with sales and exchanges stabilized?) Went camping this weekend and a couple from Athens, Georgia camping stopped by to admire and how they would "love to find a camper like...

Re: 120 volt outlets on couch side of the B190

I think I will call my local electrician and get him to do this in the campervan. Love this improvement and do not want to trip over cords either.

Thank you! I feel as if you have a PHd in the B190 realm.

Re: Solar

Which brings the question how do I keep the house battery charged up? Does that really need a solar panel on the roof? Is there another way?

Re: Solar

I like the fact that it can use the cigarette lighter opening to plug into and trickle charge the battery. I noticed in B-190 that the lighter port is live even when the truck is not running so allows for the trickle charge.

Re: Solar

Just curious has anyone used this on their B190 dashboard trickle Charger for their Campervan? On Amazon. Check it out and I am thinking about getting since the old solar panel on the top was deemed bad. Sunway Solar Sunway Solar Car Battery Charger 12V Battery Trickle Charger Maintainer Solar Panel...

Re: Newbie and Generator starting

I took the camper Friday to RV Services in Asheville, NC off of Interstate 40 (the private shop where the people are really nice and helpful while being reasonable). Had all the similar problems in the posts about non-starting of generator probably due from non-use or maintenance lacking. I called t...

Re: Newbie and Generator starting

Tomorrow I am taking the camper to a private RV dealership that has always been great to work with lately. I have printed or copied some of the ideas about the B190 generator issues from non-use mainly with hopes this will be a helpful guide in the troubleshooting stage. Thanks again folks for being...

Re: Expectations

No doubt when you walk into one of those gorgeous large Class A RV's there is a certain envy that is a usual human flaw. However, every time I go traveling on the road with the stealth-like B190 ability my envy diminishes quickly. Especially, when setting up and breaking down the rig. Or, if I want ...

Re: Tip of the day - entry step

Thank you for the post! I have been nimble enough to navigate the narrow last step out of the camper but, often came very close to twisting an ankle or falling on my face. I will order one of these and potentially save from having an accident which is just waiting to happen!
