Re: Power window now working

Had to replace the driver side motor and track. Couldn’t get the pop river tool to work in the tight space so just used nuts and screws. Still working five years later

Great deal. Looks clean. Gives you some $ to play with if repairs are needed

Re: 1997 on Ebay.

No awning, no ladder, stripes look faded, rust underneath, carpet looks worn. Seems pricey to me. $16-18k

Re: bicycle rack

I have a Thule 2 bike rack and also a rack that hangs on the ladder if I’m only taking one bike. http://www.campingworld.com/shopping/item/ladder-mount-bike-rack/85024&utm_source=google&utm_medium=cpc&scid=scplp85024&sc_intid=85024&affiliateid=6313&gclid=EAIaIQobChMI0sm12eCP2...

Mouse fur is also easier on the noggin when you accidentally sit up in the middle of the night in the top bunk!

Re: range hood exhaust vent

I’ve replaced the vent twice in six years. Very poor design job with the tiny plastic pins on the flap. I finally gave up and cut my own plastic flap as the last one fell out on the road. I put Velcro tabs on the new piece and up in the vent cover. So far so good and no rattling. Sent from my iPhone...

Re: Modernizing/personalizing your B .

Just installed a billet grille. Looks a whole lot better than the faded plastic grille and a pretty straight forward install. About $70. Just remember that you’ll need to carry a long thin screwdriver to release the hood safety catch. https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20171126/d780b55c45a24216eedde2a...

Re: Water fill/Generator compartment keys

The lock works fine - I can "pick" it easily with a small screwdriver and open the latch (which it apparently was when I took that picture). Oddly enough, the key Choptop sent me, if inserted upside down, will turn that lock - but obviously that's not how it's supposed to work. And it won...
