Skater , can not open galleries for some reason either from top or even ones on messages .

Eric thanks for imput , I have fitted the auto transformer (won it on ebay for £10 so thought it worth a try) and now I have 120v the battery charger seems to be coping better especialy under load and seems to cut in at 12.9 volts . There is no onboard genset so no probs there, the outlet have been ...

The problem is i think the imput is poor and it may not help us being on 50Hz , I am at the moment using a 240 to 110 transformer that is a bit rough as it's only supposed to be for power tools and the out put of these is very varible thats why I thought of up grading to a more expensive auto transf...

Hi Kentuckian , thanks very much for the effort , I have got my eye on a 3000w transformer so I should be well in . I will give update when I am up and running ,

240v to 120v

My camper still retains most of it's original equipment exept microwave and thats how I would like to keep it , but because all our sites are 240 v I am using a builders type transformer to go down to 110v but the battery charger seems to be giving a low output , I wonder if this down to our 50hz cy...

Thanks for the welcome , it is quite a big vehicle for over hear people are either impressed or disscusted , having allways been a poetrol head the 460 motor made it a must have . Hi new to Forums and American RV s , Have a 1989 B190 with 460 engine for about a month now and love it , is there any more in the UK ?
