Re: fuse location for microwave etc.

Where is the fuse panel located for the various items in the van such as for a microwave, the air conditioner, the heater etc. Also the various plug receptacles for items such as a T.V. Toaster Oven or other plug in items. Is it the panel box located as in my case,(1991) under the couch toward the ...

I forgot to update this. I was able to get the mirrors off without damaging them, then I was able to put them back on (cleaning the screws and all a bit) and tighten them enough to hold in place again.

Found it! Phil stumbled on to a security measure in the software. :) You can use the word -union- (without the dashes) alone. Phil is from -Union- City, Tennessee, which was at the bottom of his message. :) The word -union- can be used in a hacking method known as an "SQL Injection" attack...

Okay. You're stumping me on this one. There is an upper limit for the maximum message size, and if you exceed that it'll just dump you back out to the home page. But I posted messages with approximately 12,000 characters (which was all of the text in that for sale thread plus some text from an artic...

Glad I could help, and I'm glad that's all it was! :)

Server downtime planned tomorrow

The server we run on will be taken down sometime tomorrow for about 3 hours to perform an operating system upgrade. I don't know exactly what time it will happen - some have happened in the middle of the night, while others started at noon eastern time. Afterwards, the site should be working normall...

On the lengthy stay issue - some jurisdictions have laws against staying more than 2 weeks or whatever, so it might not be the campground's fault. You can usually work around this by just moving to a different site after the time limit expires, and the campgrounds will usually work with you on this.

Re: Water pump not priming

Hi All, anyone out there know how to get a new pump to prime?? I installed a new water pump and all I get is a trickle. I have tried running city water to fill the lines and then turn on the pump. I have tried leaving the pump on with the city water running and have tried just turning the pump on a...

106,000 miles. But I paid less than $13K, too - mine had some wear and tear, and last year I put a new generator and transmission in it.
