I had to replace the rear door weatherstripping as well on my 1999. Maybe 20 years is the limit for that particular rubber seal. :roll:

Yes, Skater’s method was the same I used to remove the refrigerator. It was the two screws in the rear that took a slight bit of figuring out. :roll:

You might want to do a little research into a product called “EasyStart” for your AC. In essence, it reduces the large electrical load from your AC compressor kicking on, and allows you to start and run your AC with a smaller generator. Another option would be to install a battery box in the van somewhere (under the couch) and use a more normal size deep cycle battery, and just abandon the underhood location.
