Call or Email Chris at UJOINT Offroad, he is a wealth of information, or Ramsey at Agile Offroad. Can't wait to see what you choose!

Re: Sprinter chassis experience out there?

I had an 06 140 high roof cargo and loved it. Great gas mileage and ride, harder to find parts and a competent mechanic. I had planned on converting it to an RV but rust issues, and seeing Keystones 4x4 B190 changed my mind :D (mine was a previous pool service van so not indicative of the brand in g...

Re: Vail, Las Vegas, Sedona,Grand Canyon, Moab

If you don't mind, how much was the conversion through Boulder Offroad? (PM me if you would like)I have a quote from Ramesy at Agile Offroad in San Diego for $11 to 12k not including wheels and tires) UJOINT is upwards of $17k w/o wheels/tires. Plus I would like to add the Aluminess F/R bumpers anot...

Re: Vail, Las Vegas, Sedona,Grand Canyon, Moab

It really was, a bit more time would have been awesome. I convinced the wife after having her drive a small stint that the 4wd conversion is a worthy endeavor and that keeping the beast is now a priority and finding storage and cushion for my new business will have to come from somewhere else :) Sou...

Vail, Las Vegas, Sedona,Grand Canyon, Moab

My in-laws came to visit from Colombia and wanted to see Las Vegas so I loaded up the van and we went for a little tour of the Southwest. The van truly amazes me, it ran flawlessly once again and all of the equipment did too. (the fridge was the only let down, it had a hard time in the desert heat, ...

**UPDATED Adding an outdoor shower box to a 94

Here is the solution I came up with for the final plumbing install of the shower. It is not the most elegant but after going through the process of running the temporary flexible plumbing up and over the rear doors and then trying to duplicate with the more rigid Pex we decided to go the original ro...

Re: **UPDATED Adding an outdoor shower box to a 94

The only complicated part is the stupid PB that they originally used, so I just did a sharkbite to pex coupler and ran the rest with pex and pex expander rings not crimp on. It is finished finally and I am super happy with it. We use it all over the state but the main thing is just rinsing off after...

Re: Vail to Gateway to Paonia loop

I forgot that you removed the side skirts. She looks really clean! I had thought about doing that to mine as well, but worried that the propane tank would be hanging pretty low. How does it look from that side? really can't see how the skirt would protect the propane and as far as the looks are con...

Vail to Gateway to Paonia loop

Since we still have the B190 we decided to go see some of the state. Left Vail Friday morning and drove to the Gateway Canyon Resort on Hwy 141 we did 500+ miles in 2 days and the van was flawless, really has us reconsidering the sale camped overnight behind the resort in a sweet little valley http:...

**UPDATED Adding an outdoor shower box to a 94

The mock up and trial shower were a def improvement and therefore decided that it would be prudent to add the actual shower box and get it plumed in permanently. At this point I have installed the box and am waiting for some pex parts to finish with the permanent plumbing lines. What follows is the ...

Wetsand and restoration of gelcoat underway!!!

I'll try to get some posted this weekend, depends on the weather and my schedule. The top turned out amazing, they did not do the compounding on the body due to a messed up service order written up by the front office. He did say that the striping was so baked into the paint that if he used a mechan...
