Re: Shower/Tub rehab of Keystone's '94 van

Keystone, I know this is an old post but it has given me new inspiration. Thanks for this post. Now I know what to do with my decrepit looking tub.

How is the epoxy holding up over these years?

Re: New bathtub

Other than replacement of this tub is there anything that can be done to improve its longevity? At one time I was thinking of painting it with epoxy resin. But that was when I believed it was fiberglass now I think that will not work. Anybody have any suggestions? Airstream used a chintzy tub, eh. I...

Re: Curtain Hanging Devices

It appears that airstream did little change from the Okanagan disign those first few years. My 88* Okanagan's had that same plastic rails and plastic clip tape system. It failed miserably and we opted to scrap the whole system. There were half inch aluminum bars onside and rear barn doors that used ...

Re: My Couch Solution

must add this to our project list. What a great idea! I was never satisfied with the under-couch storage in the B190, so I changed it entirely. Now it folds up out of the way so I can reach all my cargo from above rather than through the drawer. The drawer on mine had fallen apart before I bought it...

Re: Hard Tire Cover - need measurements

I have a hard sided tire cover on my 1995 but it’s looking gnarly, and I’d like to buy a vinyl one to put over top of the hard cover. (I want to print a logo on the vinyl and protect the current one from further damage) Trouble is my rig is in storage 2000 miles away. Anyone have the measurements o...

Re: easy DIY Captain's chairs slipcovers

My dear people I have been trying to impress upon you that it doesn't take any mad sewing skills to make these seat covers. One yard and a half of fabric 30 inches wide, four gussets on each side, one seam each side, a tuck, And there you have it! Double that if you need both seats. seatcover templa...

The listing was deleted by its author, so it most likely sold. Did you land this one, Andrea?

your 90' B sound exactly like the 88' Okanagan right down to the placement of the TP roll.

Looks great! And you’ll be accepting orders when? LOL Chris, no ordering necessary, anybody crossing my palm with a C-note can have them. I'll take them off and send them. I'll make myself another set, I'm telling you they are really easy to make and you can diy with ease. slipcover...

easy DIY Captain's chairs slipcovers

Just finish sewing some rather simple slipcover for the B190; just a hemmed rectangle with a few gussets. Fitted the covers on and was standing back to admire my handiwork when the DH says "What? no pockets!"

not my listing but it looks the same as my ole '88 Okanagan. Did Airstream make any changes in the early years other than the name plate?

post a pix if you do this, I would dearly like to see this.

BTW, you can get these trays in different sizes too. Visit a restaurant supply house the deals in used equipment. You'll find these trays for a fraction of the price.

Re: Installing Pop-Out Windows.

Nice find on the switch. I wonder why they didn't incorporate it! The back door looks good. bet ya a nickel that a rear door locking mechanism is pretty handy to have in a cargo Van. These are just stock cargo vans built out, are they not? Looks like airstream didn't think it be selling point for a...
