Re: Replacement Sink?!?

These pans a fairly cheap, about $30 new, half that used. there are lids for these pans too. pan.jpg just a...

Re: What did you do to you B today ? Continuous

New toy came in from Amazon today and we had to play with immediately. And it works! Just takes a bit more elbow grease than we first thought it would. xdecal2.jpg It's a decal eraser wheel. Only got half the hood done today. xdecal3.jpg Do wonder if one wheel is enough for the whole van. xdecal1.jp...

design flaw in closet rod: need REMEDY

Most disappointing to discover that the closet rod is held in by two screws secured only to very thin "plywood" that airstream used as underlayment material. It has no structural integrity. It couldn't possibly hold up to the load the closet rod would need to just hold clothes. Perhaps it'...

Re: How many sets of seat belts under bench seating?

Minniemouse sent me an email: No time right now to log in and respond... but I wanted to WARN everyone that the bench seat is not safe. I posted that we had a major traffic accident in June, 2015. If anyone had been siiting on tghe bench seat they would have had major injuries or death. We had a ti...

Re: range hood exhaust vent

Glad for this post because the vent cover on our B190 did not have a vent cover flap and I put some silver lined insulation in it during winterization so nothing would get in there. Anybody got the link for ordering another one? I need to replace the whole thing because the outside is cracked,chipp...

range hood exhaust vent

During our shakedown trip we noticed a heck of a lot of noise coming from flapper on the vent. We stuffed a towel up it to keep the flapper from making noise for the duration of the trip. vent.jpg On closer examination the exterior vent cover designed to keep rain, bugs and dust out of the van with ...

found in the wild!

Got One! B 190 that is. It's a 95 out of Tucson. It's silver gray with the 460 engine, 52k mile. We've got aesthetic work to do in it. So far we are pleased with our find. Still happy dancing here! We had to make a emergency trip during the Thanksgiving week and took it for shakedown trip. It got us...

Re: shower cover

Nicely done, I have filed it in my list of ideas of things to do to our van. Do fear if I were to do this we would pile stuff on top of it and therefore never get to use the shower. Of course one could give up personal hygiene to gain some of that elusive storage space in the B190. For now I'll put ...
