Re: Under Couch Drawer Conversion

We've got the materials to do this now, and as I was looking at the space available I was wondering about the vulnerability of the converter and electrical wiring under the couch just behind the driver's seat. Have any of you blocked this off? I note that my folding table and chairs and such get cra...

OMG, of course it does. Duh. I couldn't picture what it connected to, but I've got it now. Thanks!

Re: Captain's Chair Armrest Repair

Dumb question: what does the cable do? I didn't even know there was a cable in there. :D :o

Re: B190 database

Thanks! Funny enough, that's the gallery we saw even before the van was posted. The owner was very good to work with, and the van was in great mechanical condition, just not the RV side of things. He didn't use the water system much, nor the toilet, generator, heater, or electrical system as he most...

Re: Howdy All!

We are in Seattle with the exact same unit. The mileage on the 460 is atrocious (we get between 9 and 13 mpg) but it'll go up passes without blinking an eye. Took us towing a trailer to actually see the thermostat move. The most important addition, likely already made, is heavy duty Bilstein shocks ...

Re: B190 database

So many things to add to the forum, like nearly 10K of stacked up repairs after buying ours in Cleveland in February, 2018 (generator rebuild, lots of electrical parts malfunctioning, full fluid exchange, re-seat the a/c unit, fix unseen shower leak, new water pump and hot water heater...). It's bee...

Re: 1997 on Ebay.

BTW, I contacted that seller and mentioned I was willing to visit the vehicle for a test drive. Never replied. He did reply to one question I had, with a two-word response. Felt odd, so I searched him out a bit. Turns out he's got a couple people familiar with him, and his two sales names, and they ...

Re: Found on Craigslist! Common scams and common sense!

I'm new to the search, and this "eBay will hold the vehicle and transact the sale" or some such is a scam; it's searchable on their site. Ebay doesn't do that.

Scammers abound!
