battery isolator for 93 van

Alaskan put these nice on/off disconnect switches in for his coach battery, to protect them from overcharging. Love the idea, picked up two of them. 1 for the front auxillary battery and 1 for the soon to be installed 2nd coach battery(location tbd) ???? On the 93 there is a lot of red wire off the ...

Installing an AGM battery on our 93- Sofa or Closet?

Question for those familiar with the 92-96's with the weird front battery. We bought a 51 size yellow optima for the front battery(aux) since a regular battery from Ford seemed like a waste of time and money. That said, Diane and I spend most of our time on the Road less traveled and tend to not use...

It should be the on/off alternate switch for your 2 bunk lights.
That is what we have on our 93.

Oh Battery- where the heck do you go and where are you?

Ok So now I feel really foolish. I looked under the hood yesterday when we picked up our new to us 93 up in San Diego and discovered. (looking from the front) under the hood. 1. The smallest battery I have ever seen in a truck on the left(passenger side) and a regular battery on the right(driver sid...

Great Basin National Park- Baker Nevada

We just came back this weekend from a long weekend of tenting at this beautiful park. They have a myriad of campground options at the park. We recommend the Wheeler Peak campgound which at over 10,000 feet up is a bit nippy in the morning or the lower Lehman campground which is at 7,000 ft. Both hav...

Actually Dave we were not directed here by Phil but rather found it from our search for a b van which would be most suitable for our needs. Phil deserves credit for being a first rate guy for helping Mike in San Diego list the vehicle for sale and assist in providing information. He was extremely he...

We have a fabulous (politically correct) Poodle named Louis Armstrong.
When you have a 7 year old grandaughter your not allowed to talk about your dogs preferences, suffice to say Louis gets along fabulously with our daughters Dacshund Nate.
Still we love the our screwey louie!

Pizza

As a Trained and 30 year experienced Chef I can tell you that if you have a weber grill and their pizza stone or a clay tile(thick) you can make yourself a wonderfully crisp thin crust pizza margherita on even a little portable weber charcoal grill. I use a basic pizza crust dough that freezes well ...

Any advice on speed and how many tire stops I should make? Also- Will be going straight to the shop to have a ...
