I really like your gaucho conversion. Do you have more pictures of the process and details of the installation so I can replicate them? One big goal is to have a seat cushion that is not so thick to make the couch a little closer to the ground for folks with short legs like my wife.

The foam seems to provide some protection from rain but was completely ruined when I removed the pane...
