The first generation of clones didn't have Ford embossed in the center-piece These newer clones at eBay from Nation Wide Hubcaps look to be a big improvement and with metal clips also.... OEM Ford, 1995 & 1996 have the stainless trim rihgs around the perimeter of the hubcap and also the stainles...

yep....the lug nut pattern on the hubcaps is just for looks and they fit right on the 8 lug wheels...
