There's a vent valve on the tank. Make sure the area is well ventilated and no open flames. As far as I know, Rv tanks don't have to be recertified. New tanks are pricey and your tank may just have surface rust. Can you smell gas?

E350 chassis with a 460 I believe. Needs curtains, hubcaps, and there's damage in the rear above the doors. Wonder what's been going on with it since 2015

I have the 351 in my '92 and have had no issues with it. I agree the 250 chassis would be a concern if you're adding more weigh or towing. Toss a sway bar on. Looks clean. It'd be nice to have a little more history.

Here's a good article on door swelling and warping, one of many. It says you need to seal the doors. There're some other articles out there that tell how to straighten a warped door and also reference why they may warp in the first place (usually wood not dried properly).
