2310 is original equipment was it working before? Seems most have been upgraded to the 2351 the sealed ammonia cooling system has a limited lifespan depending on how careful the previous owner was on leveling the rig. Before you sink a bunch of money into it a new 2351 is about $600+ shipping. And h...

I've had the same thoughts myself but as slapthecat mentioned the holding tanks would be a problem it would be great to remove the tub and relocate the toilet against the wall in its place.
