Im a newbie also... love reading about your experience. Please keep posting so i know what to expect and can follow in your footsteps. Super curious if you are actually living FT in your B, and how that is working out!

Thanks. As it turned out, my SIL deployed, so my mom is watching the grandkids and I’m housesitting. So I’ve delayed my departure by about a year. This worked out well. I had a financial setback in the spring, plus a repair (bad fuel got into both tanks and generator), plus new tires, plus 3 new batteries. It hit all at once, so I couldn’t afford to use the van.

I plan to take it to the Enigmatic Nomadics van build next week in Parker to get solar installed. That will be the longest I’ve dry camped. I hope that will be enough to run the mini-freezer I bought and my Instant Pot.

I keep taking baby steps toward FT, so I don’t end up stranded and broke somewhere.
