Back from Yellowstone
Back from Yellowstone
Hello everyone, well we finally had to say goodby to beautiful Yellowstone National Park. Our trip lasted 34 days and we traveled 4,532 wonderful miles. Other than having to replace the blower motor on the furnace in Rock Springs, CO, the B190 performed perfectly. Long steep (7 and sometimes 10 degree) grades we encountered in Colorado and Wy. were no problem for the V10. This was the longest time we have stayed in our B190 at one time, and my wife and I found it to be quite comfortable and cozy. With the passenger seat turned around and the huge sofa, we never felt cramped. We always feel safe and secure in our POD II, knowing we made the right choice... and best of all, every where we go were always Home! Gotta go, planning our next trip. Will post some pics later. Happy camping everbody.

Has anyone ever stayed in the Madison Campground?

Hey RobertL, we stayed 4 days at Madison and I would highly reccomend it. It's only 14 miles to West Yellowstone, MT., and the drive usually took us about 2 1/2 hours because it's so beautiful. A lot of the campsites are so level it just takes a little jockying and your'e good . Very wooded and scenic. A herd of Bison walked right through the campground and the same happened at Mammoth Hot Springs. Mammoth is on a steep hillside, but most of the sites are easy enough to get level. Also alot closer to Lamar Valley. Definately a must.
Alaskan, I didn't forget Alaska, we just couldn't do it this trip. Would love to get up your way someday though and say hello. Take care everyone.
