Newbie in Fort Collins, CO
Hello there! My name is Tony and I just purchased a 1993 B-190. It needs some interior work and I have already gotten quite a bit done but I'm already enjoying it!

Looks nice. Is that a fold out awning over the window?

Welcome, Tony. Always nice to have another B-190 owner in Colorado. You are going to love your new van--and this great site!

It is, I can pull it out but it just sucks back up in. Is it supposed to tied off to stay open?Planck wrote:Looks nice. Is that a fold out awning over the window?

Yes, there's supposed to be a strap that hooks below the window...or at least there was on mine. You can see it in this picture. Huh. Perhaps yours has a different mechanism...FoCoKCCO wrote:It is, I can pull it out but it just sucks back up in. Is it supposed to tied off to stay open?Planck wrote:Looks nice. Thanks a bunch! I have the same set up, I'm just missing the hook to attach the strap.skater wrote:Yes, there's supposed to be a strap that hooks below the window...or at least there was on mine.
