I could not agree more. Off grid, in and out, grocery stores become refrigerators and wifi is everywhere.
When I was half a year in I gleefully ripped the shower out in lue of a Planet fitness member ship for nationwide showers and a place for an inverter and battery bank.

The modifications you made look great, and the decor has such a fun vibe.
The doggo co-pilot setup with water and feed bowl is inspired!

i see no real damage other than that but I think it must be a leak. I have no idea where it came from or how it got there. More work needs to be done.
Uh oh. Where is the circle? There are a few things on the roof that aren’t obvious from inside, like the box containing the solar wiring (between the fan and the air conditioner).

you actually see it in this picture here.
Window is a possibility, but it could also be a leak on the roof where the roof rack mounts. (At least, those seem the most likely. Water can do funny/annoying things.)
