I have been noticing the worn look on the vents(water heater, generator etc) and then saw this really nice replacement which did not help because I notice the worn look even more now! Preparing the old surface and I a high heat paint may be the way I have to go. Having those improved would make the whole rig sparkle no doubt.

Lowe's sells a Rust-Oleum spray can identical to the lighter of the two blues used in striping. It's called " 7724 Sail Blue". Other outlets probably carry it also. It's a popular color these days.
