Hard Tire Cover - need measurements

I have a hard sided tire cover on my 1995 but it’s looking gnarly, and I’d like to buy a vinyl one to put over top of the hard cover. (I want to print a logo on the vinyl and protect the current one from further damage)

Trouble is my rig is in storage 2000 miles away.

Anyone have the measurements on theirs?
