Attaching Anchor Points on the Roof with Fiberglass

I know zero about working with fiberglass, but I've watched Zuntic's videos of him covering up a window, so it doesn't seem terribly difficult. My question, related to the solar panel installation, is can you anchor some studs into the roof with fiberglass to avoid drilling through the roof and introducing another couple of holes up there? Probably want each stud to safely handle ~30-50lbs in order to hang the panels and supporting mechanisms that will move them up into position to gather sunlight.
