Sorry. It is a standard 6 gallon water heater, made by Atwood. For example there is this one on Amazon, or Camping World or any RV place should sell them. If you look at the Amazon link you'll see a list of models it replaces; find your model number and double check it against that list.

You can go cheaper by getting one without the direct spark ignition like this one, but then you'd have to manually light the pilot when you set up camp each time. Personally I would go with the electronic ignition model, but that's just me.

Note, you'll also need to clean off the old sealant on the side of the van and put new sealant on. I honestly don't know what is recommended for these vans...regular silicone caulk probably works fine, though.
