Propane Tank Recertified

Post by Elijah »

Has anyone had a problem with a getting your propane tank filled? I have been turned down due to age of my tank. They said I needed to have it recertified. Suggestions....

Try another propane dealer - my understanding is that motorhome tanks do not need to be recertified. Of course, I'm sure they can refuse to fill it if they think it's unsafe.
