1991 B190 Project FOR SALE in Merritt Island, FL

Hi guys,
We are considering selling our B190 which we picked up last year as a project, but just don't have the time to be able to do a proper restoration like we had planned.
The van has had new shocks installed, new waterpump, a/c system repairs, resurfaced brake drums and pads, and new power steering pump installed...
the original interior was already removed when we got it and original seats were in terrible condition so we got a new interior from a similar year Ford van and also as to use as a parts car for any non camper stuff... window switches, seats, etc... are all there as far as car parts go. It will need a new rv interior built and probably an upgrade of the original components as even though we have most of them, I doubt they are up to today's standard. The propane tank is also still attached(hasn't been tested), but no generator. Has about 60k miles.
We are having trouble putting a value on it and I'm seeing some of these selling for quite a bit... just want to sell it a fair price and also pass it on to someone who will put the TLC into restoring this in the proper way. How should we value it and does anyone want a B190 project? (We are located in FL.)
