1994...1998...I'm not sure - Grand Junction, CO, $15k

1998 Ford E350 Airstream B190 - $15,000 (Grand Junction)

I'm not sure what to make of this. The VIN and Ford info plate in the one picture shows pretty clearly it's a 1994. But the title and the ad both say 1998, and I see a V10 emblem on one corner. The interior has the earlier separate toilet and shower setup, not the all-in-one setup that started in 1997, and the stove is streetside while the fridge is curbside - again, a mark of an earlier one.

The pictures appear consistent - that is, I'm pretty sure it's the same van in all of the pictures.

Could be a scam, could be someone slapped a V10 emblem on it and sold it to the current owner as a newer one...but you'd think that would show up when they tried to register it with the state.

I don't know what to think. I'd approach with caution, but if it is a scam, it's more sophisticated than most we see.
