I have a pair of front seats from a low mileage (25K) 1999 B190. Upgraded so now available if anyone is interested.
Driver side has full usual power. Passenger all manual as I recall. Fabric is blue velour and white vinyl (was the same on my 1996 B190, so I think these are the same for all 1996 through to the final units built. Driver side will come with base as I had to upgrade to factory issue.
From memory there is one small 1-2" seam that need to be repaired(this isn't a rip, just a small amount of stitching that's come undone). Other than that they are almost as new due to limited use.

Interesting… my seats in my 1999 B190 are full vinyl with no cloth. I wonder if mine were changed…
