1987 - 92 B190 Parts wanted and questions

I recently purchased a b190 with a gutted interior and am looking to rebuild or replace a few things. First of all finding up close pictures of what was original would be a good start as I can't find detailed enough pictures of certain things. (framing, trim attachments, etc...I really need to just see a good one in person, but have found none in my area... Central FL)
Here is the list:
1. Window and door lock assembly is missing buttons (did they originally have automatic locks in all of them?)
2. Need to replace the access doors/ vents for the gas appliances
3. The overdrive light??? just to the left of the speedometer instrument cluster
4. Need the water and electric hookup attachments... also wondering if there is a shutoff valve to switch from city water to tank water and how that's setup)
5. Bench replacement and frame (I'm reusing the old one for now, but it's in terrible condition... I also am trying to see how to attach it to the floor with seat belts so it's safe for a child seat)
6. Captains seats (same as above)
7. original Stereo
8.table, table pedestal, and floor attachment
If anyone knows where I can find these parts or has some up close pics of the wood and trim aspects of the interior, the help is greatly appreciated!!!
