Pulled this after I bought it, just some interesting reading on it. No accidents or damage reported.

Even if it did report something, that's not necessarily a major issue. The report for mine had a problem reported on it because when I had to visit the DMV a second time to get it registered, and they entered the miles that were on it when I visited the first time - and between the two visits, I'd taken it into a shop for an inspection. So, chronologically, it looks like it lost miles, but of course that's not the case.

I found the use of Carfax important. I looked at one B190 and it looked like it had the appropriate miles for the age and marketed that way. However, when I ran the Carfax with the 5 digit odometer it showed without question that there had been a "rollover" and instead of 78,000 miles it was more like 178,000 miles. Good to check and the seller always is biased to the positive.
