Vinyl trim under cabinets

I want to revise the vinyl trim under the cabinets. I don’t know what it is called to search the futon and I don’t know how to remove it.

Are you talking about the headbangers (as I call them) - one above the door, one above the couch?

The one on the door just pulls off - it's held in by those automotive interior clips. The one on the other side has four screws along the bottom, along with the seat belt bolt. (At least, this is how my 1991 is assembled.)
