A quick recipe for Carmel Corn that is really, really good.
1 cube butter
1 cup brown sugar
8 large marshmallows
1 package of microwave popcorn or equal amount of pre-popped corn
melt butter, brown sugar and marshmallows (tear marshmallows into peices for quicker melting) in a pan and when totally combined and melted, pour over popcorn and mix with two large spoons until popcorn is covered. Then enjoy.
I have tried marshmallow cream and that seems to work as well. I use a couple of heaping tablespoons, (about a cupful).
