oven thermometer

Post by craigmar »

Just a note to say that I purchased a small thermometer from one of the local food stores that either hangs or sits on the oven shelf and only cost a little over $5. works great and will now be used in place of the woodstove temp gauge.

We bought one, too. We found we were burning things in the oven so we got that to verify the thermostat was accurate. Turns out, it's pretty close.
