Bananas Foster aka Drunken Bananas-So Easy!

This one is for all those people who like bananas- my wife Diane included.
I make her Bananas Foster as a treat at home, so this is my camping aka lazy man version. Also a great excuse for me to bring along a pint of dark rum to enjoy with a cigar.
Foil
butter
brown sugar
peeled banana- cut into quarters
Dark Rum

place banana on enough foil to wrap it.
top with a couple or more generous pats of butter
top with a shot or more or more or more rum---LOL
sprinkle over generously with brown sugar
Wrap well- toss on the coals for about 15 minutes.
Great on french toast, pound cake, or ice cream.
