For now. Got the generator fixed and back in. It took a new carburetor, fuel filter, gaskets, plug and several dinero.
Started right up and runs fine. I can't emphasize enough that these little things need attention. Scheduled oil changes, regular runs with a load and watching that oil level!
All is well...

Seconded. Especially that last one! To check the oil, you have to remove the dipstick, then put it back in but don't screw it down. Pull it out and read it again. (I nearly learned that one the hard way!)reday wrote:For now. Got the generator fixed and back in. It took a new carburetor, fuel filter, gaskets, plug and several dinero.
