Need help with Gen Pipes!

Post by DavidP »

I could really use some help on the pipe configuration on the B190's Gen pipes. I believe the 92-96 should be the same. Not a single muffler shop can bend pipe smaller then 1.5"(1.65 in exhaust talk). I was thinking of using 1" conduit and bending and swaging it myself. but if anyone can help, I would greatly appreciate it.

Thanks, Dave

I don't have a specific answer but a suggestion for you to consider. Look at the Cummins Onan Sales & Service web site - enter your zip code and see what shows up. You can change the drop down boxes to select RV, commercial, etc.

I went to my local Cummins Onan dealer (factory service center in my area) recently to purchase a few parts. While I was there I realized they work on RVs - mostly class A motorhomes with Cummins engines - but they also do a variety of work on Onan generators. They'll charge typical dealer labor rates but I bet they can knock it out quickly and wouldn't have a problem making the necessary tailpipe.

Good luck in your search.
